What does it do?

  • MFC are TOOLS that mechanically treat fluid using magnetic technology;
  • They CONDITION fluids; they control and prevent hydrocarbon depositions, scale, and emulsion;
  • They ENHANCE FLOW; of fluids whilst treating them, as they pass through the MFC tool;
  • They act as a PRODUCTION TOOL; and
  • as a PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TOOL;

MFC Objectives

  • Designed to increase flow;
  • Improve operational and maintenance efficiency;
  • Extend workover interval time and reduce lifting and maintenance cost;
  • Enhance and add value to customers;
  • Ultimately increase profitability by better throughput and lesser maintenance cost;

Cost Savings

  • MINIMISE AND ELIMINATE;
    • Chemical treatments for scale and various hydrocarbon deposition
    • Downhole scale remediation or wax cutting or bullheadings
    • Heat tracers or hot water piping
    • A power source, as the tool is mechanical
  • STABILISE production rates;
  • Minimise DOWNTIME and seen to EXTEND workovers;
  • REDUCE maintenance frequency of key equipment, and increase present value.
